Your Service Agreement will protect those kitchen essentials you rely on every day. Whether it's your washing machine or cooker, dishwasher or fridge freezer, you wouldn't want to be without these appliances, so it makes sense to protect them in case something goes wrong.

Protect your appliance and benefit from all of this ...

  • A monthly Service Agreement - You can cancel when ever you like!
  • Annual Service is included - We aim to keep your appliance in tip top order so it is less likely to fail!
  • If your appliance does fail, we'll fix it, Parts and Labour are included up to £250 including VAT
  • Expert assistance from our local engineers
  • Call our helpline in the event of a problem

If your appliance is going to cost more than £250 to fix you can choose to pay any additional fees or we can pay you £150 towards the cost of a replacement appliance!

Appliance Service Agreement does not include:

  • Appliances used for a non-domestic purpose or in a commercial environment
  • Faults that exist before the start of the Service Agreement
  • Any fault or damage caused by any theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or damage caused by fire or explosion
  • Costs of rearranging missed appointments with engineers, or installation, de-installation or scrappage costs of the appliance
